Official Rules
- Ada Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Ada Gaming Center is Giving away a total of $15,000 in the “Sleighing into Spades Giveaway” table games promotion beginning Monday, November 4, 2024, through Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
- Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of Ada Gaming Center; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
- Beginning November 4, 2024, each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., till Wednesday, December 25, 2024, all Patrons who are actively playing a live hand, at an Ada Gaming Center table game will be eligible for the “Sleighing into Spades” Bonus Hands. The first three hundred (300) patrons who are dealt one (1) of the listed Bonus hands will receive $50 in chips:
- Suited Spades Blackjack dealt to them at a Blackjack Match table.
- Spades Flush dealt to them at a Jackpot Hold ’Em table where both customer hole cards must play.
- Patrons may only claim one (1) promotional prize off each table per day during the duration of “Sleighing into Spades”.
- Patrons may not be able to claim more than one (1) promotional prize under each bonus hands.
- The “Sleighing into Spades” promotion will end on December 25, 2024, or when the giveaway total reaches $15,000 whichever occurs first.
- Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotion uses without compensation. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
- Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
- Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
- Participation in this promotion and/or this tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
